Our prime motto at The Diamonds Factory is to serve our customers at the highest desired levels. After your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with any jewelry purchased from us, we’ll gladly refund your full money without any quibbles.

Returns Procedure:

In order to return any item purchased at The Diamonds Factory, you will require calling us on our toll-free-888-888-3959 and follow the instructions given below for returning:

Email us and confirm the date, courier used to return the item, stating your name, order reference number and the reasons for returns (optional). (We collect this information simply to better our services).
Send a covering note along with the return product which should mention either of the following in the subject line: a) Sent for Resizing b) Sent for Exchange, c) Sent for Refund, d) Others.
Send the accompanying certificates as well as the original box in which the product was sent, failing to do so could result in some delay in processing and in the case of refund some amount would be deducted from the refund amount. (Any damaged or tampered item will not be accepted for refunds or exchange and will be sent back to the sender) Every product comes with a Bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this Tag will void your 30 Days returns
If the value of your Item is $500.00 or below, use First Class Mail with insurance. If your item value is more than $500.00 use Registered Mail with insurance. Insurance for shipping the product back to us is a must and will cost anywhere between $5.00 to $30. (Note: Always ask for a return receipt, for confirming that your item is reached to The Diamonds Factory). To avoid theft in transit, please do not mention “The Diamonds Factory” on the package while returning any item, instead use "TDF". The Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or lost package during shipment.

Refund / Exchange duration:

Once the item is received, it will be sent to the - Quality Assessment department where the product (s) will be inspected. If any item found to be damaged, altered, resized, tampered or found to be mishandled in any way it will not be accepted for refunds. Depending upon the payment method used, it can take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank/card statement. The processing of the replacement order can take up to 2-3 weeks depending upon the design.

Note: some products are not acceptable for Returns as well as Exchange listed below:

Engraved products: Rings or other Jewelry which is engraved with a message on request is not acceptable for returns
Customized items which are not displayed on the website and are ordered by giving a sketch or a diagrammatic presentation to The Diamonds Factory using our Customized Services are not accepted for returns.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than The Diamonds Factory will not be accepted.
Any Diamond fallen of the Ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the Jewelry insured to protect yourself against such mishap. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify The Diamonds Factory for any defect or damage, if found any.
